Urban Meatery Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Urban Meatery. This website (hereinafter referred to as "this website") is wholly owned and operated by Rmw company limited (hereinafter referred to as "the Company", "we", or "us"). By using this website, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
1. User Eligibility
This website is intended for use by individuals aged 18 or above. If you are under 18, please use this website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
2. Product Information and Images
As our products are natural meat items, variations in marbling, color, and shape are to be expected. All product images on this website are for illustrative purposes only; the actual product delivered shall prevail. While we strive for accuracy, we reserve the right to correct any errors in product descriptions or pricing at any time.
3. Order Confirmation and Out-of-Stock Policy
All orders are subject to stock availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to stock shortages or inability to provide the service. In such cases, we will contact you and provide a full refund. The Company shall not be liable for any further compensation.
4. Delivery Policy
Recipient Responsibility: You must ensure that the delivery address provided is correct and that someone is available to receive the goods during the scheduled delivery window.
Delivery Failure: If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or inability to reach you during the delivery window, the Company reserves the right to return or dispose of the items. As meat is highly perishable, no refunds will be issued for such orders, and you may be liable for any additional shipping costs incurred.
Inclement Weather: Delivery services will be suspended during Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, Black Rainstorm Warnings, or other force majeure events. We will contact you to reschedule delivery.
5. Fresh Food Return and Refund Policy
Due to food safety and hygiene considerations, all fresh food items (including frozen and chilled meats) are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in the following circumstances:
The product packaging is severely damaged upon receipt (exposing the food).
The product received does not match the order items.
In such cases, please take photos and contact our customer service via WhatsApp 96906181or email hello@urbanmeatery.com.hk within 12 hours of receipt. Please retain the original packaging and receipt. Claims made after 12 hours will not be accepted.
6. Privacy Policy
We value your privacy. Your personal information (name, address, phone number) will only be used for order processing, delivery, and internal marketing purposes. We will not transfer your data to third parties for their marketing purposes without your consent.
7. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. In case of any dispute, Urban Meatery (Rmw company limited) reserves the right of final decision.
