How are the items shipped?
Every item is cut upon arrival, then individually vacuum-sealed and immediately frozen for shipping. Your order will be delivered in an insulated box or thermal bag with ice packs to ensure optimal freshness.
When will my order be delivered?
We aim to deliver your order within three days of placement. Our current delivery schedule is Monday to Saturday. Orders placed before 12:00 PM (Monday–Friday) will be delivered the following day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM on Friday will be processed for delivery on the following Monday. If you require urgent delivery, please contact us via WhatsApp, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Do I qualify for free shipping?
Customers enjoy free shipping on orders over $600. For orders under $600, a $55 cold chain delivery fee will be applied.
Coverage: Our service covers Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, the New Territories, and Lantau Island (Tung Chung only). We do not deliver to outlying islands.
Remote Areas: For areas such as Discovery Bay and Ma Wan, additional delivery surcharges may apply based on the courier's requirements.

What should I do if I receive a damaged package or if an item is missing?
If you find any packaging damage or missing items, please take photos immediately upon receipt and contact us via WhatsApp. We will look into the matter and resolve it for you as quickly as possible.
