All meat products sold are natural items; variations in color, marbling, and shape are inherent and expected. Images on the website are for illustrative purposes only. While we strive to provide the highest quality beef, the actual product delivered may vary from the photos.

2. Food Safety & Handling

Storage: Meat products must be stored at the appropriate temperature (Frozen below -18°C or Chilled below 4°C) immediately upon receipt. Urban Meatery shall not be liable for any product spoilage or deterioration caused by improper storage after delivery.

Cooking: All raw meat products must be thoroughly handled and cooked to the appropriate internal temperature before consumption. Urban Meatery is not responsible for any illness resulting from the consumption of undercooked or improperly handled meat.

3. Allergens

Customers with food allergies or sensitivities should review product descriptions carefully. While we primarily sell beef, our products may be processed in facilities that handle other allergens. Urban Meatery does not guarantee that products are 100% free of trace allergens.
